The Girl Who Could Silence the Wind... the title promised me an adventure of magic. Yet, it was anything but it. Long story short, It was amazing and unexpected. The main character, Sonia has spent her life being the hope of her small town because of the circumstances of her birth. She is forced to wear all of her people's hopes and dreams as a heavy shawl. Very different. The story drew forth many emotions from me and boredom was not one of them.

Rating: 4 Better than most
