I really liked this book the charicters were very realistic and fun to be with. When I need a book I put myself into it. I felt like I was there the whole time I loved this book. It is about a girl whose father dies and she has to fight for her life, lose a close friend and sit on her fathers grave to protect him.

In The Demon Trapper's Daughter, Riley Blackthorn wants to follow in her dad footsteps by trapping demons. Everything was good until her dad was killed by a grade five demon. It creates a whole new life for Riley and she finds some mysteries along the way. This book has a lot of action and is a great read. I think the demons make the book a great read because you are almost bound to find a demon you love.   I can't wait for the second book.

The Demon Trapper's Daughter is a novel written by Jana Oliver. This book is about a girl who follows in her father's footsteps in demon trapping. The main charachter, Rily Blackthorne, is trying to conquer evil and avenge her father's death. This book has a lot of action in it, but it doesn't really make sense. If you are looking for a book that is interesting, I don't suggest this one. If you are looking for a book to fall asleep to, this is a good one. Everybody has their own opinions. I have a friend who loved this book. You have to use your own judgement. I personally think she could've done some more work on it to make it more interesting.

Rating: 2 Needs work

  1. A note about the two titles. The Demon Trapper's Daughter is the US edition, scheduled for release on Feb 1, 2011. The Demon Trappers: Forsaken is the UK edition and was released Jan 7.
